Anthony “T” Tornatore

Age 43, died October 16, 2009 at Kennedy Hospital in Cherry Hill following complications from a heart attack.

Anthony was born on October 15, 1966 in Philadelphia, PA. He was the fourth of five children born to Gregory and Emma Tornatore of Williamstown. He was affectionately known to his family and friends as “T.”

T graduated from Washington Township High School in 1985. He attended Gloucester County College and Rowan University.

T worked a number of jobs in retail, security and loss prevention. He was an avid Philadelphia Flyers and Phillies fan.

He is survived by his daughter and best friend Nichole Tornatore, his fiancée Barbara Minchin, his mother along with four brothers Gregory, Joseph, John, and James. He is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends. He also leaves behind his furry four-legged “kids.” Of his immediate family, T was preceded in death by his father, Gregory Richard Tornatore.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his Viewing Tuesday eve. 6:00-8:00pm at the EGIZI FUNERAL HOME 119 Ganttown Rd. Washington Twp. His Celebration of Life will be celebrated 8:00pm. Interment will be private.

His family requests that in lieu of flowers, donations be made in Anthony’s memory to the Gloucester County Animal Shelter 1200 N. Delsea Drive, Clayton, NJ 08312 or a local SPCA.

I cant express how deeply sorry I am for your loss. I hope that knowing he is eternally free from suffering brings you strength and the wonderful memories of him bring you smiles. My memories of him from high school were that he was such a sweet, decent guy. My prayers are with your family and especially with his daughter.

Barbie and the Tornatore Family, I am so very sorry for your loss. "T" was a great guy. We graduated WT together and was always a polite and pleasant person to be around. He would want to you smile for him! Our loss is Heaven's gain. Just know he will ALWAYS be with you.

There are no words to express how deeply saddened I am at the loss of my childhood friend. I will always remember T for his infectious smile and his kind heart and will never forget the wonderful memories we've shared. We all have been blessed to have had him touch our lives. I remember "T" when he first came to Wedgwood School. I graduated with him in 1985. I am saddened by his sudden death and will be praying for his family and loved ones. My heart is sadden by the loss of T. He was a wonderful person to know. And even though I have only kown T and Nikki for a short time it has been a pleasure. I have great memories of T and Barb being together, laughing and just being happy with each other. To "T's" family, I am profoundly sorry for your loss. I was heartbroken to hear of his untimely passing. "T" was a wonderful friend of mine from our middle school years at W.T. So sorry to hear about T's passing. He was a great friend to me in high school. He called me Miss Piggy and I called him Fozzie Bear. He used a whole blank page in my yearbook to write. He held a special place in my heart and always will. "T" your special light will shine forever in my heart. Miss Piggy
