On August 27, 2009, of Philadelphia, formerly of Williamstown. Age 27. Beloved son of Susan and Frank D’Alessandro. Dear brother of Dana Comstock nee Collins and her husband John and Frankie and Nicky D’Alessandro. Loving grandson of Frances Rigler the late Harry and Frank and Marge D’Alessandro. He is also survived by many cherished aunts, uncles and cousins.

Andrew was an avid Phillies and Eagles fan. He loved his job as a bartender for the Pod Restaurant in Philadelphia.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his viewing Friday 7:00 – 9:00 pm and Saturday 8:30 – 9:30 am at the EGIZI FUNERAL HOME, 119 Ganttown Rd., Turnersville, NJ. Mass of Christian Burial Saturday 10:30 am at Our Lady of Peace/St. Mary’s RC Church, Williamstown. Interment private at the convenience of the family.

We are so sorry for your loss.Ever since we knew Andrew we always felt that he was one of the family. We will miss him very much.And he will be in our prays.

Great person to know! Always smiling and always willing to help anyone in any way possible. I will never understand why such a good person was taken so young. Andrew you will be missed.

Andrew was a wonderful person, very kind to everyone and loving to his family. He was a credit to his mother and father. We will all miss him and his beautiful smile. I had the honor of working with Drew during my time as manager at Pod in 2007. Many a night, we closed the restaurant together. Andrew was always professional, trustworthy, respectful, warm and kind. His smile is unforgettable! We shared stories in those wee hours...Drew told me of his grandpop, how he grew up, and how much his family meant to him. I grieve with you: losing Andrew is an incredible loss. Please know that he will never be forgotten. His time with us, while brief, means so much to all he came into contact with. God bless Drew. To All of Andrews Family and Friends: This was ever so shocking to hear about. I worked with Andrew for about two years at Pod. I have not seen him since august 2008. By way of mutual friends I heard of your loss. My heart breaks for you. Drew was such a great person. I know how much he loved his family. We used to talk about our families a lot. andrew you were an awesome guy, ill never forget the time in brigantine when you me alex and gene played baseball for like 4 hours at that little field. and when we played that game you know wich one and we finally caught u lyin n u laughed n admitted you threw down like 6 cards at once haha i know your in a better place but a lot of people miss you down here. gene n i were talkin about you friday night and hes crushed over this so please watch over him... rest in peace buddy
