On March 23, 2011, of Sicklerville. Age 74. Beloved husband of the late Mary Ann. Devoted father of Albert Destralo, Jr., Maria Shevlin Robert, Annette Destralo and Salvatore Destralo Nicole. Loving grandfather of Albert III, Charlie, Alyssa, Taylor Marie and Brianna. Proud great-grandfather of Carmella, Haylee and Chase Albert. Dear brother of Larry Destralo Carolyn.
Albert was a loving father and grandfather who adored his family. He was an avid collector of old tools and loved to refurbish them from the yard sales that he visited weekly. He enjoyed spending time at his special spot on the beach with his late wife, Maryann. Albert will be missed by his family and the many friendships he developed from South Philly to South Jersey. His memories will live on.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend his viewing Monday 9:00 – 11:00 am at the EGIZI FUNERAL HOME, 119 Ganttown Rd., Washington Twp. Funeral Service 11:00 am at funeral home. Interment New St. Mary’s Cemetery, Bellmawr.

Uncle Al, I always thought of you as a big brother being only 10 years younger than you. I remember when I was a little girl how you used to tease me and make me cry. When my mom died your sister I cried on your shoulder and told you she died too young and never became a 'little old lady'. Well, guess what, you never became a little old man.
