Beloved husband of Naomi Stepp. Loving father of Michael David Hannah (Jeanette), Latifa Davis (Niles), Laverne Simmons (Anthony), Aaron Drapeylo and the late David Hannah. Mitchel retired as a Sergeant from the Philadelphia Department of Corrections and served his country in The United States Army during the Korean War.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend his Memorial Celebration Monday, October 28, 2019 at 12:00 Noon at the Life Celebration Center, 630 North Pulaski Street, Baltimore, MD 21217.
