The loss you are feeling seems unbearable and there will be times when you go to call your mom or stop by the house and it hits you again like a ton of bricks that she is not there. Although she is no longer physically present she is everywhere - in your heart, your thoughts, the many photos and memories that you and the family share. She is now in the presence of her Lord. Lean on Him for strength and comfort in your time of sorrow and He will lead you through this difficult time. God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble - Psalm 46:1

My sincere appreciation for knowing Judy. Her beautiful heart has deeply touched my soul. I will never forget her concern for her family, her church, the poor, marginalized and tramaticized from Haiti to Harvey and beyond. She has left each of us with a gospel legacy of unconditional love. Blessings to all who have been privileged to walk the journey with dear Judy.
1st Way Volunteers and Staff left a message on February 15, 2018:
Judy was a great friend to 1st Way/Life Center in Woodbury. Each year she coordinated the Pro-Life Baby Shower at her Parish. Through her tireless efforts she was able to help many mothers and their babies. She was a wonderful pro-life friend and we all will miss her smiling face as she delivered her van loaded with baby items. God Bless the Desrocher family. Remember, today she is with Him in Paradise. The Volunteer and Staff at 1st Way/Life Center

I am sending you and your family prayers for a calm week and a week of celebration. Judith lived a beautiful life, and I hope that you focus on the memories you made together. She loved her children and grandchildren very much. She was always in the kitchen, and she was a great friend to many. My mom adored her, and she lives in my heart forever.
