Lit a candle in memory of Jane M. Scarano
Jane was witty and always entertained me. She always made me feel welcomed in both her homes. I still remember the first time I met Jane 30 years ago. Amy and I walked in and she said wipe your feet I just cleaned the floor. Both her homes were always spotless. I can still hear her voice and laugh. I have never met anyone who loved the beach as much as Jane. She would sit there for hours always with a smile on her face.
Chuck, Tracey, Sue, Amy, Lori and your families, and Jane's sister's and brother my deepest condolences. Jane will be greatly missed. She is now a beautiful angel in heaven sitting on the beach with Bogie and her sweet treats. Her love and memories will always live on.

Peace of mind is a call away. We’re here when you need us most.
You meant everything to me. A Mom, sister, confidant and best friend. I will cherish all of our memories together. We were together through thick and thin sharing everything. I will remember all the fun times in Wildwood and sharing our life experiences through the years. I will miss our phone conversations every night. I feel that there is a part of my heart that went with you. I have to remember that it was your time to go and be with the Lord. I'm sure Bogie was there to greet you. One thing I am sure of is that I will see you again. So I am not saying goodbye but I will say see you on the other side. Rest in Peace.
I love you...

For My Sister Jane
I will always keep you close and cherish the memories I have from the early days at the beach at Wildwood Dad's on Leaming Avenue to the last days on Monterrey. You were my big sister and I always thought you were so beautiful and so cool. And you were. I loved and admired you so much. And always will. You have much to be proud of, including your four beautiful girls, grandchildren and great grandbaby. I know Chuck will miss you and we will ALL miss you very much.
I will see you at the beach one day. I know you are there.
Love, Your Sister Peggy
Condolences to Chuck and the Scarano family.
When I make my cookie dishes this year, I will think of Jane because I know how much she loved sweets. Every year I would send her cookies and once when I got a thank you card, I couldn't help but laugh because she wrote, I don't know if I should thank you or hate you because I ate all those cookies.
As a mother, she did a wonderful job raising her girls and my husband and I feel fortunate to have Amy as our daughter-in-law. We love her dearly.
Chuck,
Sorry for your loss.

I will miss you Jane very much. I've already missed
you the last two summers. When we retired at the shore, you were the first person I met. You came over to me one day at the beach after seeing each other every day and started talking, hitting it off immediately. You were my confidant, the person I would go to when I needed to talk to someone. You listened and never repeated a word. We would call each other often during the winter months, never letting more than a few weeks go by. I am so glad I got to see you one last time. I really needed to. Jane, my dear friend, I will truly miss you.
My sincere sympathies to the Scarano family. Girls, you did your mother proud. God Bless you all.
Till we meet again.
Love you,
Betty
