A beautiful person on the outside, but so much more beautiful on the inside. She truly touched everyone she came in contac with in life.Today we truly lost our friend that was a golden one.May you rest in peace.
The world is going to be a much sadder place without Donna. It would be hard to calculate how many hundreds of peoples lives that she has touched. I think we are all very lucky to have been touched by Donna's caring and generosity. We are much better people to have known Donna. She had a knack for making everyone feel special. We lost a shining star that can't be replaced. I have dedicated a memorial poem for Donna. I have always liked this poem very much and hope Donna would approve of it.
Do not stand at my grave and weep, I am not there; I do not sleep. I am a thousand winds that blow, I am the diamond glints on snow, I am the sun on ripened grain, I am the gentle autumn rain. When you awaken in the morning’s hush I am the swift uplifting rush Of quiet birds in circling flight. I am the soft star-shine at night. Do not stand at my grave and cry, I am not there; I did not die.
God bless you Donna
If tears could build a stairwell and memories were a lane, I would walk right up to Heaven and bring you home again. No farewell words were spoken no time to say good-bye . You were gone before I knew it, and only God knows why. My heart still aches in sadness, and secret tears still flow. What it means to lose you, no one will ever know. Miss you, Aunt Donna
