Celeste Marion nee Manzi

Passed away peacefully on Sept. 23, 2010, at Kennedy Hospital in Washington Twp. Celeste is survived by her son Dino Crocetto of Washington Twp., her sister Florence D’Angelo of Las Vegas, NV, 2 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. Celeste, most recently of Washington Twp., previously resided in Hallandale, FL.

Prior to her illness, Celeste enjoyed painting, shopping, slot machines and travel. More than anything, Celeste enjoyed her family. Our heartfelt thanks go out to all those who visited and sent cards during her years of immobility. Her spirit was truly nourished, knowing how much she was loved. She will be truly missed.

A Memorial Mass will be held on Saturday, Oct. 16, 11:00 am at the Church of the Holy Family, 226 Hurffville Rd., Washington Twp. Interment will private at the convenience of the family.

Aunt Cel will definitely be missed. We will always remember her grace and warm and caring approach to life. She also was very positive and asked about how grandchildren were doing, especially the twins. Even though she's gone, we'll constantly be remembering her in our thoughts and prayers.

Celeste, always kind, always generous. Many of you experienced those traits. I was blessed to be her Goddaughter. I have many memories of my summers in South and West Philly when I stayed with my Grandmom and Grandpop Manzi. Celeste always made me feel loved and special, knowing how much I missed my family back in Wash. D.C. Celeste had a zest for life, a willingness to help, a big heart, and beautiful smile.
