I went to school with Carl and graduated with him, I also remained friends with him through the policing community and our brothers and sisters in blue. I will always remember Carl making everyone laugh in school with the crazy and funny things he did. This news really hit me hard and I am so said that such a great person was taken so soon. I would like to extend my deepest condolences to Carl's wife Cynthia, his children Claudia, Corrine & Cyle and his extended family. I know this is a very difficult and sad time, but may your many great memories of your husband and dad bring you some comfort and peace. Keep those memories alive forever and know that he is in heaven watching over all of you with that contagious smile he always had on his face. Cyn and family, Carl was a great man, friend and officer. He was the best story teller and always left you with a smile on your face. He was also a great dad as well, he was my go to for dad questions when my sons were born. I follow a lot of his advice to be a good husband and father. I'm really going to miss my buddy.
