Although I knew very few of my cousin, I still remember our games when we were kids, in Port-Camargue (FRANCE) and in Vineland (NJ, USA), as his mother and mine were sisters. Pilou was a lively, sometimes quarreler young buddy, but often a great partner for games. I am sorry I could not spend more time with him. But, as my cousin, he is still with me.

Condolences to all his loved ones.

I went to school with Carl and graduated with him, I also remained friends with him through the policing community and our brothers and sisters in blue. I will always remember Carl making everyone laugh in school with the crazy and funny things he did. This news really hit me hard and I am so said that such a great person was taken so soon. I would like to extend my deepest condolences to Carl's wife Cynthia, his children Claudia, Corrine & Cyle and his extended family. I know this is a very difficult and sad time, but may your many great memories of your husband and dad bring you some comfort and peace. Keep those memories alive forever and know that he is in heaven watching over all of you with that contagious smile he always had on his face. He is most likely making everyone up there laugh as he always did and having a family reunion with his mom and dad. Again I am so very sorry for your loss.
