Barbara (Yurgin) Williams
On May 16, 2020, of Washington Township. Age 77. Beloved daughter of the late Allen James Volk &
Vera Fletcher. Beloved wife of the late Ludwig P. Yurgin. Devoted mother of Tracey Pinque (Herman),
Ludwig J. Richards (Jessica), Todd J. Yurgin and Rhett J. Yurgin. Loving grandmother of Desiree,
Francesco and Marie. Dear sister of Thomas Crossley.
Barbara did not have an easy life, but she persevered and did the best she could. She devoted her life to
her children and made sure that each birthday and holiday was always special for the family! In her later
years she would take delight in sharing stories with her grandchildren, Francesco & Marie. All of the
fond memories that each one of us have will never be forgotten. We now trust that she is resting in peace
with our Lord.
Barbara’s life will be honored and remembered privately by her family due to the health crisis of
COVID-19.

I’m memory of a woman who I miss each and everyday, love ya always.

As a 52 year old woman I often in my adult life have reflected on my childhood. And a lot of those childhood memories and examples I've incorporated into my adult life especially as a mom myself now. I remember as a child my friends, Todd and Tracey, and them being very fortunate. I felt this way because of their mom Mrs. Yurgin. I was fortunate enough to have known her and the remarkable person and mother she was, and to Todd and Tracey, I'm sure always will be. She was not only a good mom to her own children, but a great Mrs. Yurgin to all of her children's friends. I was fortunate enough to be one of those kids. For that I am ever thankful and blessed. She taught me by example to be a good mom. My friends I am so sorry for your loss.

Tracey, I am so sorry to hear of the loss of your mother; especially during this difficult time. I am so thankful that you are able to be surrounded by both your children during this time. Our chats at PHS always gave me a sense of “being in it together with someone.” I’m sad that we aren’t there together now to lean on each other during this trying time.
