Walter C. Glasgow, Jr.
On February 22, 2026, of Washington Twp. Age 95. Beloved husband of the late Jean (nee Morrison). Devoted father of Jayne Glasgow (Tom Tusevicus) and Lynn Walker (Mark). Loving grandfather of Lauren (Raul) and Mark (Colleen). Proud great-grandfather of Liam, Emerie, and Savannah.
Walter was a huge family man. He encouraged his two daughters to dream and go on to higher their education. He was very active in his church, including singing in the church choir. Walter was a joyous man, with a hearty laugh, corny phrases, and a wonderful smile.
Some interests of his were reading up on military history, although he could speak on any subject. He loved playing golf and spoke fondly of his times playing bass in a 4 man acapella group.
In his later years, he loved living at Cardinal Village and thanked his daughters all the time. He also sang in the Cardinal Village choir, and spent his time playing pinochle, poker, and bingo with his friends.
Walter was also a man who enjoyed a good Manhattan from time to time, but “Don’t make it too strong.”
Walter’s life will be honored and remembered privately by his family.
