It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of Thomas (Duke) McGrath of Philadelphia   on July 17, 2025, he passed away peacefully, surrounded by his family. He was a beloved son, brother, dad, uncle and friend to, Thomas McGrath (Diana Wolovnick) grandfather to Owen Miles McGrath. Dear brother of Kimberly Tanner (Bob). Cherished Uncle of Bobby Tanner (Lauren) and Ryan Tanner (Alicia) Great Uncle to Dylan, Ryan, Gavin Cody a Ava. Survived by his lifelong friend Danny Lombardi. Duke was known for his kind spirit, humor and infectious laugh, and love of music. He had the gift to gab! He faced significant challenges in his life despite these struggles; Duke still tried to get it right and loved his family. His pain is over, and he is at peace now, his memory will forever be carried in our hearts.

Thomas’s life will be honored and remembered privately by his family.
