Theresa D. Tanner
(nee McCardle) On August 5, 2022 of Clayton. Age 59. Devoted mother of Justine Martino (Patrick) and Jillian Kalitz (Christopher). Loving grandmother of Cassidy, Charlie, Tanner, Mackenzie, and Guy. Also survived by loving companion Dale Tanner. Dear sister of Daniel McCardle (Joan), Larry McCardle (Lisa), Joan McCardle, Michael McCardle (Sharon), the late Kathleen Crean (the late Richard), the late Patrick McCardle (Carol), and the late Barbara Stewart. Loved by nieces and nephews.
Family and friends are invited to attend her visitation Thursday 10:30 – 12:30 PM at the Egizi Funeral Home, 119 Ganttown Rd., Washington Twp. Funeral service 12:30 PM.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Theresa’s memory may be made to West Catholic High School, 4501 Chestnut St., Philadelphia, PA 19139.

Theresa was my neighbor for more then 10 years. We shared the steps while watching our kids ride big wheels. We made snow forts and filled many swimming pools in the breezeway. We drank our share of beer and had great times un our back yards. Theresa was the best neighbor and good friend. My sympathy goes out to all her loved ones.

I was blessed to have Theresa as neighbor for some 10 years. We shared the steps while watching our kids ride thier big wheels. We built many a snow fort and filled a few pools together in our breezway. We drank our share of beer and had great times in the back yard. Theresa was a great neighbor and good friend. So sorry to hear of your loss. I have very fond memories of your mom. One of my favorites is a wedding we attended in the Tanner family where she broke out her Mick Jagger! She was the best!
