(nee Oreo) On September 2, 2019 of Washington Twp. Age 57. Beloved wife of Joel. Devoted mother of Evan, Brandy, Jonathan and Hope. Loving niece of Theresa Dougherty.

Theresa was a dedicated and loving wife, mother and niece. She would help anybody she could no matter how sick she was feeling. Tough as nails she was no matter what the issue. Momma Bear to Evan, Brandy, Jonathan and Hope. There is nothing she wouldn’t do for them. Soulmate of her husband Joel who’s so grateful for feeling so loved by her. She was extremely grateful for her Aunt Theresa who helped take care of her in every way.

Theresa enjoyed watching movies, Real Housewives and HGTV. She loved playing cards and board games with her kids. She prided herself for donating money and clothing to numerous charities. Her favorite time of the year was Christmas and loved planning things for her kids to do and enjoy. She created memories for her family that will last a lifetime.

Forever in our hearts, Theresa will be sorely missed by her family, friends and acquaintances. She has left a hole in the lives of many people she knew but that hole will be filled by so many warm and loving memories.

Theresa’s life will be honored and remembered privately by her family.

Our heart is truly broken. Little did we know you will leave us so soon .Mom! as I would call you,will forever miss you . Don't have much words to describe you ,but all that a family will need from their mom and thats who you were. We love you but God loves you best. God be with you till we meet again. She was a dedicated mother. Always making sure they came out on top. What I loved most about her is that she spoke her mind. She would help anyone and loved to see the smiles on her children’s faces. Our dearest Terry, What a fight you fought to stay here with your family. You fought fiercely as you always did for your children. There’s no doubt that God’s love worked through you. No mother’s love compares with what you gave to your family, to Joel, Evan, Jonathan, Hope, Brandy and Aunt Theresa. You cherished the friends and family who stood by you, and made sure you told them so! But, it was time for you to leave and be in God’s Kingdom with your mom and dad. You are now watching over your dear Joel and your children, who will forever be, “my babies”. We miss you dearly and will never forget you. You will always be in our hearts ❤️❤️❤️. If she were still with us, you could be certain she'd be calling the funeral home because they doubled up and put the same paragraph twice. I'm smiling right now thinking about that. She never let anyone get away with anything, and she was never afraid of telling someone how to fix a problem.. she probably would have gotten some money back for the mistake. I miss her

So much I could say about this special lady but all that really matters is that I feel so blessed to have known her. She was one of a kind. I told her often that I loved her and her response was always " I love you more " well my friend I'm blessed that you loved me ❤ Rest in peace and keep an eye out for me. I'll miss our night time chats. ?
