Theresa (Terry) Alessandrini (nee Conti) of Turnersville, NJ passed away on May 11, 2023 at age 83. She is survived by her loving husband, Gene, and her sons, Stephen (Deborah) and Mark (Renee), her grandchildren, Lee, Stephanie, and Samantha (Ray) and her great grandchildren Matthew and Alessa.

She met her forever-love, Gene, when she was 13; they married when she was 20 and had been married for almost 64 years. Terry moved with her family from South Philadelphia to Bellmawr, NJ in 1965 where she made life-long friends.  She was considered a second mother to her sons’ friends, many of whom all referred to her as Mom.

She worked for the Defense Supply Agency in South Philadelphia and Sony Corp in Marlton, NJ as an administrative professional.

As a child, she spent a lot of time at the shore with her cousins.  She was an avid sports fan of Temple University and Philadelphia teams.  She enjoyed talking about sports with Gene and her sons.  Her other favorite interests included watching game shows, especially Jeopardy, doing crossword puzzles, listening to music, and occasionally playing slots at the casino.

Most of all, Terry enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, especially her grandchildren, whom she loved unconditionally.

She was a beautiful woman inside and out who will be forever missed.

Family and friends are invited to attend her visitation, Saturday, May 20th 9:30 – 11:00 AM at the Egizi Funeral Home, 119 Ganttown Road, Washington Twp.  At 11:00 AM Theresa’s life will be remembered by family and friends.
