Bea left a message on September 9, 2021:
I was so sad to hear of your loss… I didn’t know Steve as well as other coworkers did, but I knew enough to know he was a good person. Each time he would pass by my desk he would always start of with a joke and we would end up talking about family. He always brought up his children, which he was very proud of. While it is very upsetting that you are no longer part of this world I know your family members, friends and even pets that also passed on greeted with you with open arms - that must’ve been such a beautiful reunion. Steve, I have prayed for you and specially your family - it won’t be easy not seeing you, hearing your voice again or your super loud ring-tone, but I know you’ll be watching and protecting your loved ones from where you are. Love, -Bea

Grateful that Steve was a part of my, and my family's life. Steve's impact on those around him was always sincere, light-hearted, and well-intended. His actions, especially his smile, said it all. Spending time with him and the Adriano family was always full of laughter where his love and pride in his family were second to none. Coaching with him was always fun and rewarding; Genuine in his leadership style, creative in his means to motivate, the kids always came first, quickly followed by fun and discipline. Fair winds and following seas, Steve, on your journey to Valhalla where we will regroup and laugh at memories shared.
