Stacy Ann Sori
(nee Carrara) On January 24, 2020 of Mantua. Age 51. Beloved wife of Jeffrey R. Sori. Devoted mother of Grace. Loving daughter of Alfred “Fred” Carrara and his wife Janet and pre-deceased by her loving mother Marilyn (nee Branno) Carrara.
She had many beloved nieces and nephews: Gianni, Giulianna, Shannon, Josey, Cassidy and Anthony. She was also a Godmother to Kayli, Giulianna, Cassidy, Brett and Beckham.
Stacy graduated with a B.S. degree from Glassboro State and worked as a Human Resources Manager at Kennedy Hospital for many years.
Stacy had a great passion for many things in life such as reading, yoga, photography, scrap-booking, cooking and 80’s music. One of her biggest joys was entertaining family and hosting Grace’s birthday parties. Not only did she make events special she made people feel special and was a model of selflessness.
She loved the beach and enjoyed many family trips to to Wildwood and Cape May and annual trips to the Outer Banks, NC. She traveled internationally to Bermuda, Saint Martin, Mexico, Paris, Canada and various regions of Italy, which was her favorite. She traveled to all ends of the US including California, Florida and Maine along with visits to over a dozen national parks.
She was a Certified Yoga Instructor at Ananda Yoga & Wellness, a Eucharistic Minister at Saints Peter & Paul Church, a former Stamping Up Consultant and a Room Mom. Her greatest love was being a Mom to Grace fulfilling her long pursuit of motherhood.
Family and friends are invited to attend her viewing Monday 6:00-9:00 PM and Tuesday 10:15-11:15 AM at SS Peter & Paul RC Church, 362 Ganttown Rd., Washington Twp. Mass of Christian Burial 11:30 AM. Interment, All Saints Cemetery, Newfield.
The family requests no flowers and that donations be made to the American Cancer Society, 1851 Old Cuthbert Road, Cherry Hill, NJ 08034.

At a time where our kids were so little and we all felt like we didn't know what we were doing, Stacy always made motherhood look effortless and joyful. Her smile was contagious. While the rest of us lived in pony tails, her hair was always styled flawlessly (unless the wind or humidity took over, lol). Her home was always open to playgroups. Her photos captured so many beautiful moments. This world is a little less bright without Stacy but I know Grace will carry her joy, her recipes, her lessons and her legacy with her every day. She was so pretty and I was so excited when she and Aunt Marilyn would drop off bags of her clothes for me at the end of each season. Tom and I would have fun playing down her basement on Stanford Ave. while our parents would visit with each other sharing many laughs. I always loved that our moms grew up best friends and that our dads were cousins. I thought it was so fun when Aunt Marilyn and Uncle Freddie would joke with each other. Stacy was like a ray of sunshine everywhere she went. I always was so excited every time I got a chance to see her. I will always look up to Stacy. My beautiful cousin Stacy...I have always admired Stacy from when I was just a little girl. She was so sweet and nice to me. She was so pretty and I was so excited when she and Aunt Marilyn would drop off bags of her clothes for me at the end of each season. Tom and I would have fun playing down her basement on Stanford Ave. while our parents would visit with each other sharing many laughs. I always loved that our moms grew up best friends and that our dads were cousins. I thought it was so fun when Aunt Marilyn and Uncle Freddie would joke with each other. Uncle Freddie was always such fun and he loved his Stacy.
Stacy was like a ray of sunshine everywhere she went. I always was so excited every time I got a chance to see her. I will always look up to Stacy.
