Scott DiPatri Thompson
On April 28, 2023 of Franklinville. Age 33. Beloved son of Deanna (nee DiPatri) Ruble (Dean) and Nelson Thompson (Debra). Dear brother of Sara Joy and Zachary Romain and Nelson, Jr., Kyle, and Eric Thompson. Loving grandson of Joy DiPatri. Dear uncle of Atlas and Aria. Dear nephew of Kim Hollywood and Nicholas DiPatri. Cousin of Anthony and Gianna Hollywood, and William and Evelyn DiPatri.
Scott grew up in Franklinville, NJ and graduated from Delsea Regional High School. He worked as a bartender, on a demolition crew, and doing carpentry and general contracting. His recovery from drug addiction led him to a career in the service of others who were fighting the same battle. He drove 90 minutes each day to work at the Recovery Centers of America facility at Mays Landing. Scott lived with his extended family in Franklinville and was a beloved son, grandson, brother, nephew, uncle, and cousin. In his downtime, he made friends all over the world through online gaming.
Family and friends are invited to attend his visitation Tuesday 4:30-6:00 PM at the Franklinville United Methodist Church, 1525 Coles Mill Road, Franklinville. Funeral service 6:00 PM.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Scott’s memory may be made to Angels in Motion

My deepest condolences on the loss of Scott, I was in rehab ten months ago and Scott truly helped me get through my addiction, with out his guidance I’m not sure if things would have been so good.
