My sympathy is with Sandy's family. She was a great co-worker at UPS. She took pride in her work and was loved and respected by all.

Pam Mayfield left a message on August 20, 2014:
I've known Sandy for the last 12 years. I would listen as she shared her life with me. She would tell me stories of her family, her job at UPS, and her health. From her stories, I knew she was a devoted mother, wife, and employee. If Sandy was in the store, Val was never far behind. The two were inseparable and even worked together at UPS for a short time. My heart goes out to Valorie, Mark, Anthony, Frank, Bryant, and little Christian. Hold onto Sandy's memories tight and when you need her, look no further than your own heart, because that is where she will forever be. I am so sorry for your loss. She was an inspiration to us all. You have my most heartfelt sympathies. Your pharmacist and friend, Pam Mayfield

My sincere condolences to the Zappalorta Family. What has given many much comfort and hope is what Jesus said at John 11:25, "I am the resurrection and the life. The one who exercises faith in me, even though he dies, will come to life."

I've known you since we were in grade school thru graduation day high school. I remember when you met your first love and he turned out to be the man you married. Life took us our separate ways and we reconnected decades later. Although we did lose touch, childhood friends never forget each other. You still had that beautiful smile, sweet personality, and as I looked through your pictures, I saw that you passed your traits on to your beautiful daughter . My prayers and thoughts go out to your family. May they remember the happy times and you will forever be in our hearts... Lisa Zanol Quintana

Although I meant Mrs Sandra through her daughter Valerie I can tell you that the love this woman had could be felt from the words she spoke !!!! During an appt at the hospital one day she stopped down in the cafeteria to she her daughter we begun to talk and on this particular day she wasn't feeling the greatest as I began to offer her soup ,coffee ,food in general it became quite clear she just wanted to sit for awhile but as she sat I begun to understand her visit to the cafeteria it wasn't for anything other then comfort from her daughter for a day that had been quite overwhelming for her that bond that was shared is a bond I will never forget as I stood and chatted with her I saw a person that truly loved just being around her best friend (Her daughter )!A smile consumed her face & it lit up with such a grin when I asked about her Grand baby !!! She loved them as they loved her a precious Gem that God has awarded her wings !!! Comfort in Gods word that he will take away the pain and dry your tears for we must lean on him in our times of sorrow for he knows best if he can deliver it then he can retrieve it God Bless The Nicole Thomas & family
