Ronald S. Muhlbaier

December 9, 1948 - August 14, 2012

Ronald S. Muhlbaier suddenly passed on August 14, 2012, raised in Paulsboro and a resident of Westville. Beloved husband of Catherine nee Corsaro. Devoted father of Melissa Mason and Grandfather of Tyler and Paige. Brother of Gary Chris and Brother-in-law of Matthew Corsaro Barbara. Predeceased by parents Walt and Tillie.

Ron proudly served his country during the Vietnam War where he was wounded in action and was awarded the Purple Heart. Upon his return to civilian life he worked 23 years at Mobile Research as a machinist. He opened his own business, as owner/operator of Ron’s Outdrive Rescue. He wore many hats, one of them being Councilman of Westville. His main love outside of his family was his love of boats at Tolhchester and The Salem Yacht Club where many of his boating family awaited his arrival each weekend.

His love of the sun had him travel to Florida where he was finishing his winter home where he can watch his Nascar Racing and enjoy his favorite fruit “the Florida orange”. Ron’s favorite holiday was Christmas eve with many members of the family singing the Christmas Carole’s that he loved. Ron will be missed dearly by all family and friends.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his viewing Monday 9 – 11 am at the EGIZI FUNERAL HOME, 119 Ganttown Road, Washington Twp. Funeral Service 11 am at the funeral home. Interment Eglington Cemetery, Clarksboro. In lieu of flowers donations in Ron’s memory may be made to Vietnam Veterans of America 8719 Colesville Road, Suite 100, Silver Spring, MD 20910.

It has been many years since we have seen each other but I remember all the fun we had living next to each other in Sea Isle. I visited your Mom a few times in Sea Isle with my Dad.He has since passed along with Mom and my older sister Phyllis. May God be with your family during these trying times. Ron was one heck of a good guy and great neighbor. He really helped me so much with TownWatch because he cared.My prayers are with you always, it is a tremendous to all who knew and loved him.
