To The Children and Grandchildren, I am so sorry for the lost of your dear love one. I would like to give you some comfort from the Bible. 1Corinthians 15:26 says, "God hates death and views it as an enemy". Acts 24:15 says. there is going to be a resurrection. I hope this gives you comfort in knowing that you can get to see Robert again. For more encouraging information please visit www.jw.org.

I was stationed with Bob at Torrejon AB Spain. He was my supervisor at the Torrejon Ground Radio Station, and a good man to work with. We shared many a weekend playing small stakes poker, and numerous parties with fellow airmen. I will truly miss Bob and his wonderful wife. Ray Sharpless, SMSGT Retired, USAF
John Pfersich left a message on March 29, 2014:
My Uncle Bob, As I was a young lad my dear Uncle bob while in the Air Force sent me while he was stationed in Spain a set of bull horns that my Father put over my bed in Gloucester. When he was stationed in Okinawa he sent me back a hand sewn Jacket that I used to put on and go around town with my head held high as I told my friends my Uncle Bob is in the Air Force & he sent this jacket from half way around the world. Although Uncle Bob and my dear Aunt Babe had their own children, he thought enough of my Father (his brother John) and me to send me these gifts on my birthday. These thoughtful gestures meant a great deal to me growing up, and impacted my life in a positive way. The first guy I called on 9/11 was my Uncle Bob I knew he knew who was responsible and what was going on. My prayers and Kathy's prayers are with the whole family as we morn the loss of Aunt Babe & Uncle Bob. My Father, Grandpop, Uncle Snook, Uncle Gus and Uncle Bob will all be toasting one another in a few days when dear Uncle Bob comes on board. Love Forever, John Pfersich III
