On August 24, 2011, of Washington Township. Age 50. Beloved son of Helene I. Doughty Matt Tarker, and the late James P. Iacovone. Dear brother of James R. Deborah, Rosemarie A. Iacovone, Therese I. Meagher Will, Joan B. O’Connell the late Kevin, Paul Josephine, Marlene K. Burke James, Bernadette H. Gennaoui Steven, Denise M. Roberts Richard, Christine I. Long Bobby, Michele Iacovone Tom, and Raymond Delores. Also survived by 21 loving nieces and nephews, 1 great niece and 1 great nephew.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his viewing Monday 7:00 – 9:00 pm and Tuesday 10:00 – 11:00 am at SS. Peter and Paul RC Church, 362 Ganttown Road, Washington Twp. Mass of Christian Burial 11:15am. Interment St. Joseph’s Cemetery, Chew’s Landing.

I know Teri would tell you to sleep with the Angels at night when she left you a message or we visited you upon leaving, but now my brother you truly are sleeping with Angels and God has gained a mighty solider in his Army! Robbie, Throughout my life, you have been an inspiration to me, always striving but never quite able to reach where you were in your spiritual life. You taught me so much about "faith the size of a mustard seed" and "praying without ceasing". Your faith never waivered Robbie and you never stopped praying for everyone else, never for yourself. But you know, I prayed and so many others prayed too. God's plan was different for you than we wanted it to be. But at least we know you are happy with God, your Father in Heaven now. Save a space for us. I can't wait to see you again and I will miss you till I do. I hope you are getting to do some of the things you could never do here Rob playing football, baseball and tennis. My prayers and thoughts are always for and with you. Pray for me too, OK Rob. I love you Rob with all of my heart and Jesus and Mary love you too.

I will never forget Rob's laughter and humor in the midst of his pain and suffering. Rob taught me so much about life - to appreciate the small things, to find joy amidst the sorrow, to always trust in God. And even though we are weak, by the grace of God, we are strong. But he said to me, "My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness." Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ's power may rest on me. 2 Corinthians 12:9 Thank you, God, for the gift of my brother, Rob.

Rose&Helene and Matt&Family,we are so sorry for the loss of your loving brother and son,Rob. He was truly an inspiration to all who knew him, he was a prayer warrior for all of us who needed him as he went to Adoration at all the Churches in New Jersey,he was known by so many. His love for Jesus and Our Blessed Mother and the Rosary was unbelievable.One of my last conversations with Rob was about the readings at Mass that day and he was smiling as he was teaching me about Scripture and he loved the Bible, oh! so much and to talk about Jesus.Rob, you were a dear and loving friend to all who knew you. I know that Jesus and Our Blessed Mother greeted you with open arms as soon as you saw their loving faces.
