I was saddened to hear of Auntie Rita,s passing.Not often do we get to share the pleasure of knowing a delightful lady who was blessed with and always shared her grace, and beauty,her wonderful sence of humour and her devotion, pride and love for her family. As we say goodbye to a sweet and lovely lady, we will all keep her in our hearts and send our thoughts and prayers to her family. As we now have lost a dear Aunt, who was an angel here on earth, she is at peace with all the angels from up above, whom have welcomed her and she will always shine down on all of us that knew her. I send my love to her sons and family at this time and always. She was a wonderful person to have known and I am very proud to have been apart of her life.... We miss and love you Aunt Rita, forever you remain in our hearts.

Deepest condolences to my dear cousins, Anthony and Michael and their families. There are no words to adequately describe how truly wonderful your mother was. She was a very gracious women leaving an impact on every person she met. She will always be missed and loved by her family forever. Aunt Rita was a cherished member of our family and she has left us with many wonderful memories that I will always cherish. Aunt Rita always made you feel special, she loved everybody and everybody loved her. Aunt Rita was so very proud to be Canadian, she always loved her hometown North Bay, Ontario. Aunt Rita was very devoted to her family, she travelled to Canada every summer to visit us! Aunt Rita you will always be loved and remembered for the beautiful person you were.

Anthony Michael and your families, my deepest sympathy.Aunt Rita was very special and I loved her dearly. As a child she always told me stories whether true or not I enjoyed them. Over the years I sent her all kinds of Canada souvenirs and I will really miss doing that for my dearest aunt .She loved Canada and anything from there. She will be 39 forever.My cousins always remember far in miles close in heart. You can take the girl from Canada but you can't take Canada from my aunt Rita. Dearly loved, sadly missed forevermore.

We where raised in North Bay on Douglas street and The Veltri's lived on Morin street, we shared friendships church and i even learned how to ride a bike from Fanny, Rita's sister. My brother Mike was greatly fond of your mother for years even now at 92years. He is hit hard by emotion of your loss but, most of all family friends bound by our Italian heritage. Rita will always be our next of kin and the Veltri's kindness of people you will ever know. Our lives touched by will never be the same yet, hope we will see one another again.
