Richard retired as a Correction Officer of the State Of New Jersey after approximately 25 years of service.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend his viewing 9:30-11:00 am at Delaware Valley Baptist Church, 493 Beverly-Rancocas Road, Willingboro NJ 08046. Funeral Service 11:00 am. Interment Brigadier General William C. Doyle Cemetery Arneytown.
