On October 2, 2014 of Washington Twp. Age 74. Beloved husband of Rosemarie (nee Romeo). Devoted father of Joseph R. (Lana), Richard J. (Lisa) and Christopher M. Mesi, Sr. Loving grandfather of Nicolette, Christina, Christopher, Jr., Victoria, Alyssa, Santino, Isabella and Francesca. Proud great-grandfather of Aidan. Dear brother of Tina Guinto and Joanne Mattioni.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his viewing Tuesday7:00-9:00 pm and Wednesday 8:15-9:15 am at the Egizi Funeral Home 119 Ganttown Rd. Washington Twp. Mass of Christian Burial 10:00 am at the Church of the Holy Family, Washington Twp. Entombment, New St. Mary’s Cemetery, Bellmawr. In lieu of flowers donations in Richard’s memory may be made to St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital, P.O. Box 1000, Department 142, Memphis, TN 38148.
