First of all, I want to give my condolences to Jen, Lori, and Carolyn. I just found out. I was thinking about your family today as I was pondering that I owe my start in my professional career to this man. He did a small thing by getting me my internship while in college, but it changed the course of my life. I will be forever grateful to this man, and his family.

My sincere condolences to Caroline and the family. I was a friend of Rick's from work at Towers Perrin in the 90's. I hadn't spoke to him in about 20 years but remember him fondly. We often went to lunch together and he even took me out on his boat. Will miss his funny stories.
