On February 3, 2022 of Washington Twp. Age 57. Beloved husband of Danette (nee Torres). Devoted father of Reyland Demonteverde, Reeza Gomez (Edward), and Rylee Demonteverde. Cherished son of Ofelia and the late Apolonio Demonteverde. Dear brother of Apolonio Demonteverde, Maria Theresa Demonteverde, and Arik Demonteverde (Joy).

Raymund was a man loved by many. He was a dedicated nurse, working for over 20 years at various hospitals. Alongside his love for his family and friends, he pursued activities and interests that made him happy like fishing, history, nature, cooking, and music. His life and legacy will always be remembered.

Raymund’s life will be honored and remembered privately by his family.

To Ray's family & his colleagues & friends at Thomas Jefferson PACU in Philadelphia, Ray was a wonderful, caring & thoughtful man. He loved his family dearly & loved & appreciated all of his coworkers & friends at Jefferson. He provided excellent nursing care to his patients along with showing them understanding & compassion. I know all of you miss him so much. Just know that Ray will continue to watch over you, just in a different way. May you feel his spirit among you, especially during difficult times in the days & weeks ahead. May you find comfort in knowing that Ray is at peace & no longer enduring all that he went through on dialysis & his subsequent kidney transplant. When I last saw Ray a few years ago, he was working full time & going to dialysis three times a week. He acted like it was no big deal. That's the kind of guy Ray was. He made you smile, laugh & look at life & all of its challenges with a desire to keep going & fight the good fight. Indeed, Ray fought the good fight & was able to see his children grow up. Ray was a good family man, always concerned about his wife & kids. Yes, Ray left us way too soon! May all of us appreciate whatever time we had with Ray.
