On March 3, 2013 of Mickleton. Age 72. Beloved husband of Dolores (nee DePasquale) and devoted father to Sharon Municello-Baker (Justin). Loving godfather to Chris Giordano. He is also survived by many loving family and friends.
Ray served in the National Guard from 1963 to 1969 and his highest rank was Sergeant.
He retired from DuPont as a supervisor after 32 years of dedicated service. He worked as a crossing guard for the township of East Greenwich. He loved this job, walking the kids to safety.
Ray was really into self-improvement and voraciously read books on the history of the United States and the evolution of mankind from dinosaur to Neanderthals to humans.
He loved being outdoors and taking vacations with his wife, daughter and son-in-law.
Ray was an avid reader and liked to collect western and sci-fi movies. He even attended the Star Trek convention with his daughter and wife.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend his viewing Friday 8:30-10:30 am at the Egizi Funeral Home 119 Ganttown Rd. Washington Twp. Mass of Christian Burial 11:30 am at St. Clare of Assisi Parish/St. Michael’s RC Church, Gibbstown. Interment Eglington Cemetery, Clarksboro.
