Raymond Bredlau
Raymond “Ray” Bredlau passed away on March 7th, surrounded by the love of his family. Ray was a proud Army veteran, a devoted father and grandfather, and someone who found joy in the simple moments spent with the people he loved most.
Ray was the beloved father of Lauren (Kyle) Parks and Nicole Bredlau (Shaun). He was a proud and loving grandfather to Alivia and Colten, who brought him endless happiness and laughter.
He is survived by his siblings, Ted Cole, William Bredlau, Thomas Bredlau, and Kim Mason. He was preceded in death by his brother Robert Bredlau and his parents LaWanda Tollum and William Earl Bredlau.
Ray enjoyed the things that made life meaningful—spending time with his children and grandchildren, relaxing days at the beach, and casting a line while fishing.
He was also a dedicated sports fan who rarely missed cheering for his favorite teams, the Dallas Cowboys and the Philadelphia Phillies. One of his favorite memories was attending the Phillies’ unforgettable 2008 World Series championship, an experience he treasured.
Ray will be remembered for his love of family, his loyalty to the teams he cheered for, and the many memories he created with those closest to him. His presence will be deeply missed but his spirit will live on in the hearts of his family and friends.
Raymond’s life will be honored and remembered privately by his family.
