Paul C. Krowicki
On January 21, 2022 of Somerdale. Age 72. Beloved husband of Janet (nee Parlagreco). Devoted father of Paul and Kevin Krowicki, and Stephanie A. Carozza (Tony). Loving grandfather of Giuliana and Frankie. Dear brother of Karol Moore and Charles Krowicki.
Paul was a proud member of the US Army during the Vietnam War. After he was honorably discharged from service he started a 35 year career as a tool designer/engineer, working first for Budd Company, then GE Aerospace, and finally Lockheed Martin, where he retired in 2015. He also worked part-time for Moore Construction and Delaware Valley Plumbing, where he was affectionately known as Gomer. Throughout his career, he was respected by his coworkers for his dedication and contributions to his department.
If you are a member of the Krowicki family, you knew him as Pete. Each year, he would surprise all his nieces, nephews, and grandchildren and dress up as Santa at Christmas parties. Even though everyone knew it was Uncle Paul, the tradition continued. He loved going fishing with his children through the years. An avid viewer of Fox News, Paul was also a member and contributor to the NRA, and enjoyed going to the gun range with his sons Paul and Kevin.
He was knowledgeable about all phases of construction. Between 2006 and 2010 he worked countless hours with son-in-law Tony, rebuilding from the inside a house that, he’d always quip, “had potential.” Ultimately, he turned it into a beautiful home for his daughter. He came over every Sunday morning with bagels or donuts for his granddaughters, and was the proud founder of POP POP’s Swim Club. We will forever miss this wonderful and amazing man we called Gomer, Pete, Pop Pop, and Dad
