Natalina Fazzolari, beloved sister, sister-in-law, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, passed away on April 5th, 2025, at her home in Glassboro, NJ, surrounded by her loving family. Natalina was the heart and soul of her family—kind, strong, and endlessly caring. She had an extraordinary gift for making everyone feel loved and cherished, especially through her cooking. Her kitchen was always filled with the croquettes, patatine fritte, big donuts, cookies, and countless other dishes she lovingly prepared to share with those around her.
Born in Gioiosa Ionica, Calabria, Italy, Natalina moved to the United States in 1988, where she worked as a chef for many years, dedicating herself to feeding others with the same care and love she poured into everything she did. Outside of her work, Natalina loved to sew and knit – making dresses, quilts, scarves and more. She treasured time spent with her family, and her visits to Italy to help make olive oil for her loved ones were some of her most cherished memories.
Above all, Natalina held her family together with grace and devotion. She was the glue that bound them through both good times and bad, always offering support, wisdom, and love. Her legacy will live on in the hearts of those she leaves behind, who will never forget the selfless love, warmth, and strength she gave to them every day.
