Munzie It was a joy to work with you for 12 years and I will always treasure our 38 year friendship. You were always there when I needed you and I hope I was a help to you when you were in need. I especially want to thank you for your tender care of my broken soul. I don’t think I would have ever came back to the church had I not met you. Your homily that weekday morning mass at St. Bridget was my life story & you touched my soul deeply. I will always be grateful for you! Rest easy I will miss you my dear friend! Joann

I have been praying for Monisgnor for quite a while. Knowing himself for over 30 years. And having the privilege of serving him during his stay in Pitman. (Thank You God!) Something strange came upon my soul yesterday at the cemetery... "We just commended a Saint into his sacred resting place." Monsignor Tracy, pray for us. That we may enjoy the embrace of Our God when we are called home.... Jmj (God Bless You His Beloved Family! You are in my prayers.)

A true man of God, his presence on earth will be truly missed. His guidance and love for has made an edible mark on the lives of so many of us. May God’s peace be with his family and all he served and may we honor his life with our prayers and in the way we live our lives.

Our lives for so many years were guided by Msgr. Tracy. He was our pastor, our friend and our priest in Paulsboro at St. John's. Not only could he sing like a professional but his weekly and daily sermons during Mass really had an impact on all who listened. My life was uplifted by Father James so many times and his being promoted to Monsignor was no surprise to his parishioners there on Beacon Ave in Paulsboro. Msgr. Tracy led a Holy and selfless life as a priest. Every conversation with him made you feel better. He will be sorely missed by so many. God Bless this wonderful man. Our sincere condolences to the Tracy family. David and Jane Dolan
