Dear Suze, Patrick and Brendan, There are no words to describe to you how sorry I am about the loss of your beloved husband and father. I'm also sorry that I was not able to attend his service and express my condolences in person. You have all been on my heart and mind since Mike's passing. It was a privilege to be able to care for him and all of you in your time of need. He was obviously a great man and you are an amazing family. You will not be forgotten in my prayers. God bless you, Lynne Burrows

To all of the McClernans, some that I’ve met and know; Kathy, Maureen, Patty and Jen, I send my truly heartfelt sympathy. These are not easy times. It’s way too soon, but please know that time does heal, cliche, but true. May you all be able to summon the strength you need to get through this. To all of the nieces and nephews who’ve lost an uncle, my condolences as well. And to Mr. McClernan whom I met decades ago, may God guide you through this painful time. Of course my sympathies go to Mike’s wife and children. It sounds like you lost a great guy. His smile spoke volumes.

Our deepest sympathies to the entire family on the sudden passing of Michael. Seeing his picture and reading about him brought me immediately back in time to the days living on Third Avenue in Haddon Heights, blessed with the most amazing next door neighbors - the McClernans. Our block had more kids and cars, and more memories, than can typically fit into such a space. But even as so many years have passed those memories are cherished and bring a smile! Michael's memory and legacy lives on in our hearts. Condolences to Suze, Patrick and Brendan, and Mr. McClernan, all the siblings, and the entire McClernan family.
Peace of mind is a call away. We’re here when you need us most.

May God comfort all those grieving by the passing of Mike so suddenly. And may peace come through knowing the peace Mike instilled on this earth while he was here.
