I will miss Mary , she was more like a mom than my mother in law to me. I had a lot in common with her and it was always easy to her. She was always positive even when I knew she was suffering. She never complained. I admired her strong Catholic faith and her love of praying the Holy Rosary which sometimes when we were together we would pray. “Eternal rest grant unto You oh Lord and let Perpetual Light shine upon her and all the Faithful Departed “

I always smile when I think of mom. She loved to cook and I always remember her spaghetti and meatballs. She loved Rexys Pizza, McDonald´s hamburgers, Hershey bars and Coke. I will always remember the vacations in wildwood as a child. When my kids were younger we took a cruise to Bermuda and we had a great time. My mom always very detailed and made me that way too. Life seems to a bunch of details, if you ignore them then life seems to fall apart. My mom never forgot about the details. She always dressed well and looked great. She kept a great home for us as grew up and loved us all so very much. I will miss mom, and I know she is with poppy now. That is what she wanted. She told me the day before she passed. I thank God every day that I had her in my life.

Mum. I will never forget everything we done together. You were always positive. And I’ll always remember our trips. Even while I was a little kid. Saying Smithville was “The best vacation on earth” (better than even Disney World) felt like the right answer because you always reminded me to live happy in the moment with your good spirits. Even until the end, you were still the sharpest grandmother around. I hope you and Poppy finally reunited in heaven. I will always miss you both

Mom, I am glad you are at peace now with Dad. Thank you for giving me a happy childhood with lots of memories. You taught me how to be a good person and your family is a testament to that. I will miss you. Love, Kate
