Marsha and I met through Pearl Jam 25 years ago. Through the years we made so many amazing memories together, whether at Pearl Jam shows and during the associated travel or for non-music trips. We also shared several Philly-area shows and she delighted in showing me around "her town". While we lived on separate coasts, we stayed in touch regularly all through the years and her friendship was one I cherished. This photo was taken when we went to Lake Tahoe with her brother Mark and others. We always had the best time together; Marsha was such a gentle and kind soul and a friend to anyone she met. It is hard for me to imagine this world without her in it, and I will always miss her and will never forget her. My deepest condolences to the family and all who loved her.

I had the pleasure of working with marsha at the American red cross; she was kind and had strong work ethics. Always having a helping hand... I will miss chatting with you Marsha. I wanted to meet you in person when I traveled to philly but unfortunately it didn't happen due to distance and working from home, etc. The news of your passing was very shocking today.. I will miss you my friend, rest in peace... Fariba Sehat

I am so sad at hearing this news. Marsha had a great phone presence, and I enjoyed working alongside her at the Donor Client Support Center of the American Red Cross. She will be sorely missed.
Peace of mind is a call away. We’re here when you need us most.

My condolences to the family. May you reflect on the memories that remain of your time on earth with precious Marsha. I remember one of our conversations in October 2024 where I was asking if she had a picture that I could post to an upcoming meeting about her blood donations, and she responded that she didn't have any pictures that were taken while donating but she had just completed donation 142 last week. This was one accomplishment that Marsha was very proud of, providing life-saving blood to those in need. She had this same pride and commitment in her work performance too. She was named Top Performer on numerous occasions and set a record that others aspired to surpass (pretty hard though-smiles). There will be a void due to losing her but thank God for the memories. I pray strength and healing for the family, as you mourn the loss of Marsha.

I worked with Marsha for many years and when ever i was in Philly i would make a point to spend time with her as she had such a passion for the work of the Red Cross and caring for those that needed the Red Cross as well as her team mates. She was a wonderful "pick me up" on a tough day. She will be greatly missed by so many but i take comfort in knowing how many lives she impacted!

To the Archibald Family …. Please accept my condolences for the passing of your Sister. I’ve been friends with Marsha since we were kids growing up on Schoolhouse Lane. I’ve always enjoyed receiving texts or emails from her after one her many Pearl Jam concerts telling me all about it . Rest in Peace My Friend ……..
