Sending love and sympathy to all of Marisa's friends and family. I am so sorry to hear that she has passed away much too soon. She had a beautiful spirit, and a wonderful sense of humor. I will never forget her kind heart and infectious smile.

Dear Rob and Marra family, I am so sorry for your loss. Marisa was a beautiful person and she is leaving an incredible void for all that knew and loved her. She saw the best in everyone. Her laugh was contagious. I have wonderful memories that I will always cherish. I will miss you my friend. Rest in Peace.
Mary Smyser left a message on January 7, 2020:
I was so saddened to hear about Marisa's passing. I met Marisa in 1997 when she worked at her parents store. It was more than a working relationship. Marisa was a dear friend. It hardly seemed like work when we were on the phone together for hours talking about our families, pets, travel and food. Marisa was genuinely one of a kind! Her laugh was infectious and she was so funny! At the end of every call or text she would always say, "Love you, baby!" I felt the same way about Marisa! I was lucky to know her. She will be missed dearly and remembered fondly. My deepest condolences to you Rob and Marisa's family. With love and prayers from Mary Smyser

There are so many amazing memories... all through high school and even more after. We'll always have Cancun and yes we did make it there before Harry lol! I'm sorry we lost touch for a bit but so glad we reconnected! We were there for each other through the good and bad times! I was lucky to be friends with such an amazing person and her family! We may not have seen each other as much as we should've but when we did we always greeted each other with a huge hug and a great big kiss on the cheek? that I'll never forget! We laughed, cried, gambled, shouted, talked for what seemed like hours over lunches and dinners, danced and just got plain old got goofy! Family is who God gave you! Friends are your hand picked family! I'm forever grateful that we picked each other! Until we meet again kiss kiss muah!!!
