Marion was an amazing woman! I loved her from day one! She loved her family, life and always had her door open for everyone! She was always proud of her children. Heather and Tom, We are so sorry to hear of your mom's passing. We both had your mom as a teacher when she was student teaching at Alice Costello School. She also taught our daughter, Regina and your mom would invite us down to your house in Washington Twp. in the summer and help Regina with her math and reading. We know she loved teaching and she helped many students over the years. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your families. She will certainly be missed. May she rest in peace.

was our friend and neighbor in Whitman Square. Prior to that, we grew up with Marion and Tom in Runnemede.... attending the same grammar school and high school. May she rest in peace. We send our sincerest sympathy to her family.

What a joy it has been to share so many great times with Marion over the last fifteen plus years. Triton classmates who went their separate ways after high school only to come together in later years to share a special bond. What an extraordinary person, she was….determined to achieve whatever she set her mind to, generous beyond measure to all, intrepid Ocean City bike rider. She was the best person to share lobsters at Gregory’s with in Somers Point or oysters in Cape May or Thai food in Florida, extra spicy! My late husband, Allen, was one of her biggest fans. He said she was a “very classy lady”, and he was an excellent judge of character. I will treasure the memories of all our good times and now when I walk alone on a beach in New Jersey or Florida as we did many times together, if I find a piece of sea glass I will know that it is sent by Marion, my dear friend.

Marion was my dear friend for over 60 years. In all that time, we talked, analyzed, laughed and counseled each other. I cannot begin to know how much I will miss her and the time we spent together. I really believed if anyone could beat cancer, it would be her. Her strength and determination would prevail. Sadly, that was not to be. Spending time with her over these past few months will be time that I will always treasure. Her wonderful spirit will live on in her beloved children and grandchildren.
