Marian Thomas, 95 years young, entered eternal rest April 17, 2022. She was born in Trenton, NJ on May 16, 1926 and lived with her parents, Charles and Ethel Bowker, until she met and married her High School sweetheart, Richard B. Thomas in 1942. They married in 1946 and moved to Seaside Park, NJ. They owned and operated the Berkeley Yacht Basin Marina for 31 years. Marian was by her husband’s side assisting him, always there to greet and help their customers with her beautiful gentle smile. After years of many long days of hard work they sold the Marina and decided to move to Bradenton, FL in 1994.
Marian was a loving, devoted and caring wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. Her unselfish thoughts, even during her final days, were always to give all her grandchildren and great grandchildren hugs and kisses and tell them she loved them. She was always there for her family to listen and offer her profound wisdom and advice if asked. Marian is predeceased by her husband, Richard B. Thomas and her daughter, Patricia Trewern. She is survived by her daughter, Julia Mesanko; her 4 grandchildren, Richard Rigg, Wayne Rigg, Brooke Mesanko-Coleman and Devin Mesanko and her 7 great grandchildren, Brittany Lachs, Brandon Rigg, Brian Rigg, Lauren Rigg, Olivia Charletta, Dion Charletta and Anthony Charletta.

Family and friends are invited to attend her funeral service at the Presbyterian Church of Toms River, Wednesday, April 27, 2022 at 11:00 A.M. Interment Cedar Hill Cemetery, Hightstown, NJ.
