Margaret E. “Peggy” Schaefer (nee Kopp), of Washington Twp., on June 26 2016. Age 85. Loving wife of George. Devoted mother of Jimmy Schaefer (Sue) and Judy Horvath (Bob). Cherished Nana of Becky and Jenn. Beloved daughter of the late William and Mary (nee Donnelly) Kopp. Dear sister of the late William Kopp. She is survived by several loving nieces and nephews. Peggy will also be missed by her many Ocean City friends.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her viewing Saturday 10:00 – 11:30 AM at the EGIZI FUNERAL HOME, 119 Ganttown Road, Washington Twp. Funeral Service 11:30 AM. Interment Gloucester County Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Williamstown.

Everyone from Washington Township goes "down the shore" after senior prom. The day after prom, Jenn, our dates, friends, and I went to Ocean City and spent the day at Nana and Poppop's condo. It rained all day so most beach and boardwalk activities were not an option. Instead, we all played games with Nana and Poppop, including an old favorite, "Chicken Coup" dominoes. It was a fabulous, even if slightly unconventional, way to spend our prom weekend. I wouldn't have wanted to spend that weekend, or any of our other shore weekends, any other way! Love, Stephanie
