Luz Celenia “Lucy” Milec (nee Crespo), on September 23, 2023, of Winslow Twp. Age 76. Beloved wife of Emil Milec. Loving mother of Michelle DelPiano, Kimberley Zumbado (Nestor), Stephanie Belsanti (Michael) and the late Ivelisse Gonzalez. Cherished grandmother of Gary, Ivelisse, Jacelena, Nicolette, Alyssa, Michael, Emily, Nicolas and Dakota. Dear great-grandmother of Antonio, Yannia, Jesse, Antonneio, Analia, Elijah, Christian, Carter, Celena, Skylar and the late Tristan. She is also survived by her sons-in-law, Keefe DelPiano and Angel Gonzalez and many brothers, sisters, cousins, nieces and nephews.

Lucy leaves behind a legacy of love and unwavering dedication to family that will forever be cherished. She touched the lives of all who had the privilege of knowing her and her nurturing spirit enriched the lives of her family and friends. She instilled the values of love, compassion and togetherness in every aspect of her life. Her home was a place where gatherings were filled with love and where the bonds of family were strengthened. She taught us that family is the greatest treasure of all and that the love we share is the most precious gift. In addition to her role as a devoted mother and grandmother, she had many passions and interest that she shared with those she loved. Whether it was gathering in the kitchen to cook her favorite dishes or having the random dance party with the kids, she brought joy to those moments and these memories will carry on. As we mourn her passing, let us also celebrate the incredible life she lived. Lucy will be dearly missed but never forgotten and her legacy of love and family will continue to inspire and guide us. May her soul rest in eternal peace and may her love continue to shine brightly in our hearts.

Relatives and friends are invited to visit with the family Thursday 10:00 – 11:00 am at St. Charles Borromeo Roman Catholic Church, 176 Stagecoach Rd., Washington Twp. Mass of Christian Burial 11:00 am.

When I see these beautiful images of my sister's life, it comforts me to see that she was happy. That she was surrounded by a loving husband, her beautiful daughters and the blessing of her grandchildren. That she was a present mother and grandmother and that she gave and received a lot of love. I ask God to provide resignation and comfort to all those she loved and who loved her equally. May the shelter of our heavenly father extend over her soul and grant her eternal rest. I don't say Goodbye, My beloved sister, but see you soon. I and all your brothers will love you forever.

I remember meeting you at 14 years old and hearing you tell me how beautiful and smart I was as I ran up and down the furniture store driving my mom crazy. its so much memories from all of us your grandkids and friends getting screamed at for being loud and playing to loud I will always messed that.
