Roberta Porcelli left a message on October 14, 2010:
Dear Roy, Linda and families, I was sorry to hear that Grandmom Marz had passed. While we haven't seen her recently, she was a big part of the girls' childhood. I always knew if I wasn't home and Michele wasn't either that they had a safe place to go. It was so true that on a day that they thought someone had broken in to the house they ran to her house. She called the police and came back to the house armed with a stick, to wait with them, but ready to do battle if need be! And me- I always loved that her kitchen cabinets were so high...perfect for her height, but so high they made me feel like a midgit! She was a unique woman. May your happy memories of her help ease your sorrow. Roberta

I had the pleasure of taking care of Mrs. Marz for the last three months while in clinical. She was an amazing woman and I will really miss her. She was always so pleasant, and the sight of her great grandchildren's pictures put a sparkle in her eyes like nothing else. I will truely miss her and hope you have peace in knowing how well taken care of she was by all of the staff at CCHS. With deepest sympathy.
