Lillian V. Rumaker (nee Lind), Age 91, of Sewell, passed away peacefully surrounded by family on January 15, 2022.  Born and raised in Philadelphia to the late Francis and Amelia (Michalska) Lind.  Predeceased by one sister and four brothers.  Beloved wife of the late John Paul Rumaker.  Loving mother of Frances Harrison (Ronald), Carol Watts (Frank), and Lillian Watkins (Joseph).  Also survived by her cherished grandchildren Amelia Watts (John), Frank Watts (Tiffany), Daniel Watkins (Jennifer), James Watkins (Kristen), and Joseph Watkins (Courtney).   Adored “GG” to 10 great-grandchildren.

Lillian was employed for 35 years at CBS Records/Sony in Pitman, NJ.  She later worked as a school bus aide for the Washington Township School District.  She was a long-time parishioner at Sts. Peter & Paul Catholic Church.  She enjoyed traveling and dinners out with her best friends, crocheting, movies, and trips to Wildwood, NJ and Ocean City, MD.  By far the center of her life was family.  She will be fondly remembered for hosting many family dinners and holidays.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend Lillian’s visitation Wednesday, January 26^th 10:30 – 11:30 am at Sts. Peter and Paul RC Church, 362 Ganttown Road, Washington Twp.  Mass of Christian Burial 11:30 am.  Interment at St. Joseph’s cemetery will be private at a later date.
