Leonard W. Baldyga

On July 7, 2023, of Williamstown.  Age 82.  Beloved husband of Patricia D. (nee McKee).  Devoted father of Leonard J. Baldyga and Krista Saverase (Daniel).  Loving grandfather of Santino, Francesca, Chase, Carlee, Giancarlo, and Valentina.  Dear brother of Gerald, Theresa, and the late Michael Baldyga.

Only Lenny “Bags” could get away with saying the things you shouldn’t say. But that was his way. Being that sweet a man, no one ever took offense. A devoted husband, father, brother and grandfather, he loved to have a great time whether at the bar, at the track, down the shore or at home, as long as he was with his family or friends, he was good. Philly sports and his horses is what he invested most of his time into, however, his favorite thing to do was to watch his grandchildren play their sports. His love for Elvis and Sinatra also played role in his life. He lived, laughed and loved always as if it was “Now or Never” and left us by doing things “My Way”. He will be greatly missed by all.

Family and friends are invited to attend his visitation Thursday 10:30 AM-12:00 PM at Our Lady of Peace Parish/St. Mary’s Roman Catholic Church, 32 Carroll Ave., Williamstown.  Mass of Christian Burial 12:00 PM.  Inurnment, Gloucester County Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Williamstown.
