Kristopher C. Caban, on June 13, 2014, of Washington Twp. Age 18. Beloved son of Richard and Lillian (nee Toledo). Loving brother of Brielle and Kelsey. Dear grandson of Mariano Toledo, Juanita Toledo and Perfecto Caban. Cherished nephew of Gary Caban and Wilfredo Delgado (Senta) and cousin of Logan, Jacob and Isolina.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend his viewing Wednesday 5:00 – 8:00 pm at Egizi Funeral Home, 119 Ganttown Rd., Washington Twp. and Thursday 9:15 – 10:15 am at St. Charles Borromeo RC Church, 176 Stage Coach Rd., Washington Twp. Mass of Christian Burial 10:30 am. Interment private.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Kris’ memory may be made to the Kristopher C. Caban Coalition – For Educational Awareness; keeping youth drug, violence and weapon free, C/O EIRC, 107 Gilbreth Pwky., Mullica Hill, NJ 08062.

I am saddened to hear about the tragic passing of Kris. I will remember him as a 10 year old sitting in my 5th grade classroom at Bells Elementary School; an energetic youngster with a great smile and an innocent sense of humor that I experienced each day as his desk always remained in close proximity to mine. I remember his enthusiasm when his water bottle rocket lifted high into the sky and his excitement when he would get selected to play after-school hockey. I am proud to call him one of my students. My thoughts and prayers go out to his family and friends during this most difficult time.

On Thursday June 12 I did some shopping at Kohls, I checked out in Kris' line he greeted me with that beautiful smile, a couple things I got didn't have tags and he said "I'll give them to u for $4.50" he was so super nice and friendly. I even came back later to exchange shoes and said "I'm back Kris!" He was so sweet he stuck out to me...when I heard about this I felt sick, I still do I can only pray for his family. I am so sorry for your loss...a huge loss...just know what a huge impact he had on me...a complete stranger.
