Joseph J. White, on March 2, 2013, from Washington Township. Age 87. Beloved husband of Barbara (nee Stachowicz). Devoted father of Jessica Mingioni (Carl) Damon White (Amy) and the late Joseph and David. Proud grandfather of 7. Adoring great-grandfather and uncle to many. Dear brother of Helen Deabler Also survived by his daughter-in-law Loretta.
Joe proudly served in the US Navy during WWII and dedicated many years as a carpenter in Local #8 in the City of Philadelphia taking part in building the hospitals, tunnels, bridges and much of the city at the time. After his retirement, Joe enjoyed the thrill of the Flea Market and delighted in the challenge of buying and selling. A true man of style and class will be missed by many.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend his viewing Wednesday 9:00 – 10:30 am, at the EGIZI FUNERAL HOME, 119 Ganttown Road, Washington Twp. Mass of Christian Burial 11:00 am at SS. Peter & Paul RC Church. Interment Gloucester County Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Williamstown.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Joseph’s memory to Vitas Hospice, 18 East Laurel Road, Stratford, NJ 08084.Condolences may be shared with the family at www.egizifuneral.com.

All our hearts are breaking right now, but knowing he is at peace and not suffering anymore brings some comfort. Uncle Joe was a very special person. He always made us laugh when he entered the room.
