Joseph Gollotto “Joe Beatles”, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by family and friends, after a long and courageous battle with kidney disease and a short battle with pancreatic cancer on April 30, 2022, of Northfield. Age 73. Devoted husband of 54 years to Donna (nee Esposito). Devoted father of Joseph Gollotto, Jr., Jamie Gollotto (Robin), and Michael Gollotto (Katie). Loving grandfather of Joey, Marco, Nicholas, Andrew, Alanna, Kaitlyn, Christopher, Vincent, Mason, and Christian. Dear brother of Marlene Friend, and the late John Gollotto, Jr. Cherished son of the late John and Theresa Gollotto.
Joe was born and raised in South Philadelphia where he met his wife Donna in 1966 and they married shortly after. Together they proudly raised three sons and he loved and cherished his 10 grandchildren.
Joe loved to travel with Donna and especially enjoyed his many trips to Italy with his family and cousins Joey and Roberta. The one thing he would enjoy doing because he couldn’t cook was make a great cocktail for everyone with shaken rocks on the side.
He leaves behind so many friends, family, neighbors and especially Denny and Bernadette, Mike Griffin, Roberta Lemma and too many more to name.
Family and friends are invited to his viewing Saturday, May 7th 8:45 – 10:45 am at St. Gianna Baretta Molla Parish, 1421 New Road, Northfield, NJ followed by a Mass of Christian Burial 11:00 am.
