Joseph lived a life dedicated to serving God, his country, and his family. In his early years, he enlisted in the U.S. Army, but eventually switched over to the U.S. Air Force. He proudly served during the Vietnam War, and his military travels of service placed him in Air Force bases around the world. He was stationed in Italy, Japan, Korea, and served many bases throughout the U.S. retiring after 20 years of service to our country.
In addition, Joseph was always dedicated and involved in the Catholic Church wherever he lived. He generously donated time and money to various charity organizations throughout his lifetime. Furthermore, he spent much of his retirement indulging his passions for learning and exploring. He greatly enjoyed spending time visiting Wisconsin, where he was an avid fisherman and nature photographer. He embarked on many adventures and especially enjoyed taking trips with family to Disney World.
Most of all, he was an extremely loving and loyal husband, a caring father, and whimsical grandfather. He was passionate about sharing memories, and life experiences with loved ones (especially grandchildren), and challenged us all to be educated, faithful, and outstanding members of our community.
