Kathy and Family, On behalf of the entire staff at District Council 21 please accept our deepest sympathies on the passing of Joe. Words cannot express the profound impact Joe has had on my life and career. The many direct and indirect lessons I was fortunate enough to have learned by just being in Joes presence have continued to serve me well. I can still hear him now…”Hey Kid…don’t get mad when I yell at ya…I’m only trying to make you better!” Kathy and Family thank you all for unselfishly sharing Joe with all of us!! Bernie Snyder.

He was absolutely the best uncle…always happy and funny…I used to look forward to his and Aunt Kathy’s visits so much when I was a kid. He was one of the funniest guys I ever met. Aunt Kathy, Frank and Chris, I’m so terribly sorry for your loss. I know he’s welcomed into heaven by his beloved sisters and brother who were waiting for him. I love you guys.
