The reassuring words from family, friends,and even a stranger may not be able to heal the pain of losing a loved one in death. However, maybe the words of our Heavenly Father will. Revelation 21:3-5 he says tears,pain,and even death will be no more. He said His words are "faithful & true" May that promise give you & your family comfort during this difficult time.
