On March 28, 2010, of Washington Twp. Age 82. Beloved husband of Adele nee Doyle. Devoted father of Adele Riiff Joseph, John, Joseph, Dennis, Deborah Schnaare Timothy, Daniel and Donna Hartzell Bruce. Loving grandfather of 12 and great-grandfather of one. Dear brother of Joseph DeLuca Roberta, Dolores Hanser and Eleanor Travis. Also survived by his special cousin Richard DeLuca and Bernadette, Rose, Keiko and Kay.
John served in the Navy during WWII. He was an all-around outdoorsman and especially enjoyed fishing, boating, hunting and camping.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend his viewing Monday 11:00 am – 12:00 noon at SS Peter and Paul RC Church, 362 Ganttown Rd., Washington Twp. Mass of Christian Burial 12:00 noon at the church. Interment will be private at the convenience of the family.
In lieu of flowers, donations in John’s memory may be made to the St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
